Rates 

The rental rate for the South Road House is $1450 per week.  The rental week runs from Friday to Friday. A 10% discount is available for rentals of two weeks or longer. 

Renters are normally expected to clean the house prior to leaving including washing and drying towels and sheets, remaking beds,  washing dishes, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, vacuuming and washing floors, bringing garbage to the transfer station, and general cleaning.  If additional cleaning, or if bringing garbage to the transfer station, is required after leaving, there will be a charge deducted from the deposit.  Optionally cleaning can be provided, for approximately $200, and will be arranged if cleaners are available. 

A security deposit of $1,000 is required and is due at the time of the rental.  The minimum rental period is generally one week, but shorter periods will be considered if available.  A 4 day weekend rental (Thursday to Sunday), when available, is $1175.
