Rates 

The rental rate for the South Road House is $1450 per week.  A 10% discount is available for rentals of two weeks or longer.  There is an additional $200 cleaning fee for the duration of the rental.  A security deposit of $1,000 is required and is due at the time of the rental.  The minimum rental period is generally one week, but shorter periods will be considered if available.  A 4 day weekend rental (Thursday to Sunday), when available, is $1175 plus a cleaning fee. The rental week runs from Friday to Friday.
