Cottage Description

This house is approximately 1300 square feet, is very comfortable, and has a very convenient location. Although not on the water, It is an easy 10 minute walk to beaches, the CTC wharf, the Chebeague Inn, the Island Market, golf course and tennis courts.

This house was originally built more than 100 years ago in its original location on the golf course by the stone wharf. After being moved to its current location on South Road nearly 100 years ago, the shell of the house was completed, but left unfinished until the Oderdas purchased it in 1979. The interior of the house was completed approximately 35 years ago, with updated plumbing and electrical systems. Bathroom and kitchen appliances have been more recently updated. - A loft provides an additional sleeping area. It is carpeted, has two twin beds and accessed by climbing a ladder. A favorite sleeping place for kids.

Modern kitchen with an island cooking/eating area. The kitchen contains an electric stove and oven, a microwave and is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, plates, and everything you need to cook and eat a lobster dinner!

- TV. A smart TV is available connected to fiber optic internet. Some services are included including YoutubeTV. Others can be accessed with your subscriptions

Wireless internet is available. This was recently upgraded to fiber optic service throuhgout the Island and it is a big improvement.
A VOIP telephone is available for local and US long distance calls.
