Our South Road house on Chebeague Island, Maine is available to rent from late spring to early fall. It is a charming 3 BR cottage in the woods and is a close walk to the CTC Ferry dock and many other sites.
Our Cottage
Our home is approximately 1300 square feet, is very comfortable, and is conveniently located on the East end of the Island. Although not on the water, it is an easy 10 minute walk to beaches, the CTC wharf and Chebeague Inn. Come for a wedding or a vacation on beautiful Chebeague.
Location
Chebeague Island is in Southern Maine and is accessible by ferry from either Cousins Island or Portland. The house, conveniently located on South Road, is a short walk from the Stone Pier where the Chebeague Transportation Company ferry lands. Beaches, the Island Market, the Inn, a golf course and tennis courts are also easily reached on foot, by bicycle, or in a car.
About Gary and Lynda
We are a retired couple who just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. Lynda has a long history of association with Chebeague and spent many weekends as a child growing up there. Both sets of her Grandparents had summer homes on Chebeague. Gary has an association with Chebeague by marriage and grew to love the Island.
