homes on Chebeague Island, Maine that are available for summer
and fall rentals.
South Road House Cottage Road House The Cottage Road House is ocean front and has easy access to a sandy beach. The South Road house is in the woods on the East End of Chebeague. It is an easy walk to beaches, the CTC wharf, the Chebeague Inn, the Island Market, the golf course and tennis courts. All rentals require a $500 deposit at the time of reservation which is refundable at the end of the rental period. Rental rates vary depending on the house and the length of the rental period; a housecleaning charge is added for each rental. For further information on these houses click on the links above.
