South Road House
The rental rate for the South Road House is $1275 per week. A 10% discount is available for rentals of two weeks or longer. There is an additional $200 cleaning fee for the duration of the rental. A security deposit ($500 for up to 2 weeks, $1,000 for greater than 2 weeks) is required and is due at the time of the rental. The minimum rental period is generally one week, but shorter periods will be considered if available. A 4 day weekend rental (Thursday to Sunday), when available is $975 plus a cleaning fee. The rental week runs from Friday to Friday.
Cottage Road House
The Cottage Road House will not be available for rental in 2023.
