Rental Rates 2012

Cottage Road

    June 15 - September 14  $1100 per week ($1050 early booking rate if booked by 4/15/2012)

    September 15 - June 15  $1050 per week ($1000 early booking rate if booked by 4/15/2012)

South Road

June 15 - September 14  $875 per week ($850 early booking rate if booked by 4/15/2012)

September 15 - June 15  $675 per week

Discounts are available for rentals of two weeks and longer, and for repeat renters.

A $125 cleaning charge will be added to the rental amount.  This is generally sufficient to pay for cleaning if the house is left in good order, and you strip the beds and start the laundry.  You will be charged our actual expenses.  If the amount is less than $125 we will return the overcharge to you.  If the amount exceeds $125 the excess amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

Rentals for a weekend or up to four days during the fall, or for last minute rentals with reservations made within 30 days of the beginning of the rental, are 60% of the weekly rate.  For example, a weekend at Cottage Road during the fall is 60% or $1050, or $630 plus the cleaning fee.
