Rental Rates 2010

Cottage Road

    June 15 - September 15  $1025 per week ($975 early booking rate if booked by 3/15/2010)

    September 15 - June 15  $875 per week

South Road

   June 15 - September 15  $825 per week ($775 early booking rate if booked by 3/15/2010)

   September 15 - June 15  $650 per week

Discounts are available for rentals of two weeks and longer, and for repeat renters.

A $100 cleaning charge will be added to the rental amount.  This is generally sufficient to pay for cleaning if the house is left in good order, and you strip the beds and start the laundry.  You will be charged our actual expenses.  If the amount is less than $100 we will return the overcharge to you.  If the amount exceeds $100 the excess amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
