This house was originally built approximately 50 years ago.  The shell of the house was completed and it was left unfinished for a number of years.  The interior of the house was completed approximately 15 years ago, so all fixtures, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems are relatively new.  Features of the house include:

  • A loft provides an additional sleeping area.  It is carpeted, has two twin beds and is available by climbing a ladder.  This is a favorite sleeping place for kids.

  • Modern kitchen with a island cooking/eating area.  The kitchen contains an electric stove and oven, a microwave and is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, plates, and everything you need to cook and eat a lobster dinner!

This house is approximately 1300 square feet, is very comfortable, and has a very convenient location.  Although not on the water, It is an easy 10 minute walk to beaches, the CTC wharf, the Chebeague Inn, the Island Market, the golf course and tennis courts.
